摘 要:基于乡村振兴战略背景,立足当下涉农专业学生职业素质整体水平不高,学生职业素质与企业需求不匹配等问题,提出了职业素质“3P”培养路径,第一层是职业素质教育专业化,通过重构课程体系、开设校企合作精英班,开展专职融合教育,进一步培养涉农大学生职业情感;第二层是职业素质教育实践化,通过活动实践与岗位实践,提升职业综合素质;第三层是职业素质教育个体化,通过就业咨询服务与职业规划课程,提升职业规划能力。从而提高学生就业质量,提升就业竞争力。Based on the strategic background of Rural Revitalization, and the current situation that agricultural major students5 lack of professionalism as well as the mismatch between their professionalism and the need of enterprises, this paper proposes a new training path for students' professionalism called “3P”. This path can be divided into 3 levels. The first level is the "Professionalization", of vocational education. Through reconstructing the curriculum system, setting up college-enterprise cooperating classes and combining academic and vocational education, students' sentiment towards occupation can be cultivated. The second level is the "Practice" of vocational education. Through agricultural-related practice and working competence practice, students9 overall occupational qualities can be enhanced. The third level is the "Personalization" of vocational education. Through the employment consultation service and the career planning course, students' capability of career planning can be enhanced. Therefore,"3P" path is believed to be a way to improve students' employment quality and enhance their competitiveness.
