摘　　要：在国内地铁行业车辆架修普遍采用整体自主维修为主、部件委外维修为辅的模式背景下,广佛地铁将列车整车通过公开招标的方式委外架修,同时还创新性地引进专业的监理公司对车辆架修进行全过程管理,确保广佛地铁车辆架修项目能够按期、优质、经济地完成,保障列车架修后持续、安全、可靠的投入运营载客服务。In the background of the domestic metro industry practice, which generally adopts the mode of integral internal-maintenance as the main mode and supplemented by component out-sourcing maintenance, Guangzhou-Foshan Metro has outsourced the whole train intermediate repair and heavy repair through competitive bidding. At the same time, it has innovatively introduced a professional supervision company to carry out the whole process management of vehicle intermediate and heavy repairs, so as to ensure Guangzhou-Foshan metro vehicle overhaul project can be completed on time, with high quality and cost effectiveness to ensure the continuous, safe and reliable operation of passenger service after train intermediate and overhaul.
