摘 要:以宁波市某下穿铁路框架桥涵项目为依托,采用数值分析方法研究二次分层浇筑对框架桥温度及应力的影响。研究结果表明:采用二次分层浇筑的框架桥涵最高温度比一次整体浇筑法施工小5 ℃左右,温差小约2~3 ℃;一次整体浇筑的混凝土外表面拉应力会在浇筑后第10 d出现2.0 MPa左右的应力峰值,而二次分层浇筑箱涵侧板外表面拉应力则一直呈增长趋势,侧板内侧在浇筑后2~3 d时出现0.6~1.0 MPa的压应力。Based on the project of mass concrete of the frame bridge and culvert under the railway in Ningbo, the influence of secondary layered casting on the temperature and stress of the frame bridge is studied by numerical analysis method. The results show that the maximum temperature of the frame bridge and culvert with secondary layered casting is about 5 centigrade lower than that of the integral casting, and the temperature difference is about 2~3 centigrade smaller. Tensile stress on the outer surface of concrete poured in one step will reach a peak value of about 2.0 MPa on the 10th day after pouring, while the tensile stress on the outer surface of side slab of box culvert poured in two layers will keep increasing, and the compressive stress on the inner side slab will reach 0.6~1.0 MPa on the 2nd to 3rd day after pouring.
