摘  要:电化学方法测定胆固醇含量所用胆固醇传感器因具有操作方便、成本低、在线检测、灵敏快速等特点而备受青睐,综述了鲁米诺电致化学发光胆固醇传感器、掺杂石墨烯的胆固醇传感器、导电聚吡咯胆固醇传感器的制备方法及应用,并对这些传感器的优缺点进行了阐述和比较,提出研制成本低、选择性高和灵敏性高的胆固醇传感器是目前的一个重要研究课题。The cholesterol sensors used for the determination of cholesterol content by electrochemical method are very popular because of their convenient operation, low cost, on-line detection, and good sensitivity and rapidity. The preparation methods and applications of Luminol electrochemiluminescence cholesterol sensor, graphene-doped cholesterol sensor and conductive polypyrrole cholesterol sensor were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of these sensors were described and compared. It is proposed that the study of the cholesterol sensor with low cost, high selectivity and high sensitivity was an important topic at present.
