摘　　要：目的探讨CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻治疗肝癌的近远期效果。方法选择我院收诊的86例肝癌患者,以完全随机法分为观察组(43例,CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻治疗+肝动脉栓塞化疗)与对照组(43例,肝动脉栓塞化疗)。比较两组肝功能指标水平、肿瘤坏死程度、生存率及复发率。结果治疗后1个月,两组的ALB水平明显升高,TBIL、AST水平明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3个月肿瘤完全坏死率、1年生存率明显高于对照组,半年复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT引导下氩氦刀冷冻治疗可有效提高肝癌患者的近远期疗效,改善患者的肝功能。Objective To investigate the short-term and long-term effects of CT-guided argon-helium cryoablation in the treatment of liver cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with liver cancer admitted in our hospital were divided into observation group (43 cases, CT-guided argon-helium cryotherapy + hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy) and control group (43 cases, hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy) by complete random method. The levels of liver function indexes, the degree of tumor necrosis, survival rates and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups. Results At one month after treatment, the levels of ALB increased significantly, the levels of TBIL and AST decreased significantly in the two groups, and those of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05). The complete necrosis rate of tumor at 3 months after treatment and one-year survival rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the recurrence rate in half a year was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CT-guided argon-helium cryoablation can effectively improve the short-term and long-term efficacy and liver function of patients with liver cancer.
