摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜辅助下膝外侧韧带松解联合内侧髌股韧带(MPFL)重建治疗青少年习惯性髌骨脱位的临床效果。方法选取2010年2月至2017年3月我院收治的30例习惯性髌骨脱位且Q角<20°的青少年患者为研究对象,行关节镜辅助下膝外侧韧带松解联合MPFL重建术,比较术前与术后6个月的Lysholm及Kujala评分。结果术后6个月,患者膝关节屈曲活动度基本正常,可进行正常体育活动,效果满意;患者的Lysholm及Kujala评分均明显高于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助下膝外侧韧带松解联合MPFL重建治疗青少年习惯性髌骨脱位能够显著改善膝关节活动,术后早期治疗效果良好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of arthroscopic-assisted lateral knee ligament release combined with medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction in the treatment of habitual patellar dislocation in adolescents.Methods Thirty adolescent patients with habitual patellar dislocation with Q angle less than 20° admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2017 were selected as the study objects and treated with arthroscopic-assisted lateral knee ligament release combined with MPFL reconstruction. The scores of Lysholm and Kujala before operation and at 6 months after operation were compared. Results At six months after operation, the knee flexion activity of the patients was basically normal, and normal sports activities were carried out, with satisfactory effects;the scores of Lysholm and Kujala were significantly higher than those before operation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic-assisted lateral knee ligament release combined with MPFL reconstruction can significantly improve knee joint activity in adolescents with habitual patellar dislocation, with good early postoperative treatment effect.
