中医院临床护士辨证施膳认知现况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查中医医院临床护理人员对辨证施膳认知现状,分析相关影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、辨证施膳认知情况调查问卷对292名临床护理人员进行辨证施膳认知现状调查。结果共发放问卷292份,有效回收287份,有效回收率98.29%。临床护理人员辨证施膳认知总分为(26.77±5.00)分,处于中等水平。不同科室、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称和是否参加辨证施膳培训的护理人员的辨证施膳认知水平得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理人员对辨证施膳认知处于中等水平,健全和完善辨证施膳培训体系对提高护理人员辨证施膳认知水平有积极意义。Objective To investigate the nurses’ awareness of the dietary intervention by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation in a certain TCM hospital,and to analyze related influence factors.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to 292 clinical nurses.Results Totally 287 questionnaires were retrieved.The total score for awareness of dietary intervention by TCM syndrome differentiation was (26.77±5.00) points,indicating a moderate level of awareness among nurses.There was a significant difference in score of the awareness scale between nurses from different departments,with different age,working years,education levels,professional titles and experience of participating in the training (P<0.05).Conclusion Findings of this study showed a moderate level of awareness of dietary intervention by TCM syndrome among clinical nurses.A systematic training program is required to improve the awareness and skills of the dietary intervention by TCM syndrome differentiation among clinical nurses form TCM hospitals.
