摘　　要：积极开展社区卫生服务是21 世纪我国卫生服务体系改革的重大决策,医联体的建立与发展是实现这一目标的重要举措,而基层医护人员自身素质与技术水平的提高则成为制约因素之一。依托北京朝阳医院紧密型医联体及合作病房的建立,对基层医护人员重症抢救技术的培训方法及效果进行有益的尝试与系统的研究,结果显示,连续高质量有针对性的培训对于提高基层医护人员水平特别是重症抢救水平是有效的,对于提升基层医护人员信心和降低接诊重症患者时的心理压力是有帮助的,有助于改善医联体内部重症患者转诊治疗不通畅的现实困难。It's very important to carry out community health service that makes in the reform of health service system in China in the 21st century. The establishment and development of Medical Association is an important measure to achieve this goal, and the improvement of the quality and technical level of grass - roots medical staff has become one of the constraints. We have made a beneficial attempt and systematic study on the training methods and effects of critical care technology for primary medical staff relying on the establishment of the close Medical Association of Chaoyang Hospital and the cooperative ward of Chaoyang Hospital. We consider that continuous high 一 quality targeted training is effective to improve the level of grass 一 roots medical staff, especially the level of critical care rescue. It is helpful to enhance the confidence of grass - roots medical staff and reduce the psychological pressure of receiving critical patients. It is also helpful to improve the practical difficulties of poor referral and treatment of critical patients in the medical union.
