摘　　要：吉林油田钻井工艺研究院创新实践科研、设计、监督一体化管理模式,充分发挥设计源头作用,优化钻井顶层设计。通过创新钻井工程一体化监督管理模式及工程、地质立体化监督管理模式,制定钻井监督风险决策管理,改革相应的绩效考核制度。通过近3年的实践,逐步形成了具有吉林油田特色的一体化钻井监督管理模式,保障油田高效勘探开发,为油田稳健发展提供保障。Jilin Oilfield Drilling Technology Research Institute implements the integrated supervision and management mode of scientific research, design and supervision in drilling engineering, and optimizes drilling design.Through innovating the integrated supervision and management mode of drilling engineering and the three-dimensional supervision and management mode of engineering and geology,the risk decision-making management of drilling supervision is formulated, and the corresponding performance appraisal system is presented. Through nearly three years of practice, an integrated drilling supervision and management model with Jilin oilfield characteristics has been gradually formed to ensure the efficient exploration and development of the oilfield, and to provide guarantee for the steady development of the company.
