摘　　要：中国石油吉林油田分公司钻井工艺研究院在提出科研、设计、监督一体化工作定位后,建立了具有吉林油田特色的一体化钻井现场管理绩效考评方法,在保障一体化建设规范开展、促进钻井监督能力全面提升、推动施工质量效益进一步提高等方面效果显著。After putting forward the integrated management mode of scientific research, design and supervision, the Drilling Technology Research Institute of PetroChina Jilin Oilfield Company has established a performance evaluation method of integrated drilling field management suitable for the characteristics of Jilin Oilfield. The application of performance evaluation method achieves the significant results in guaranteeing the standardization of integrated construction, promoting the overall improvement of drilling supervision ability and the further improvement of construction quality.
