摘  要:推进小城镇建设是加快城镇化进程的重要举措,而城镇化的核心是人的城镇化,即居民群体归属感的培育与发展是影响小城镇建设可持续发展的重要因素。因此,通过问卷调查和实地访谈的方式,从总体上获得重庆市典型小城镇居民群体归属感的状况,然后利用SPSS统计分析了影响社区归属感的相关因素,进而了解在不同年龄、受教育程度和职业的条件下居民群体归属感的差异,以及对邻里关系、组织建设、文化建设、群众参与度、群众满意度等五个主要影响群体归属感强度的自变量因素进行分析。最终根据实地调查的结果,为增进小城镇居民群体归属感提供合理的对策与建议,从而为国家制定的小城镇规划建设政策提供有效的依据与支撑。Promoting the construction of small towns is an important measure to accelerate the process of urbanization.The core of urbanization is the urbanization of people,that is,the cultivation and development of the sense of belonging of residents is an important factor affecting the sustainable development of small towns.Through questionnaire surveys and field interviews,the status of residents'sense of belonging in typical small towns in Chongqing is obtained from the whole,and then the relevant factors affecting the sense of belonging of the community are analyzed by using SPSS statistics to get known the age and education level as well as the differences in the sense of belonging of residents at different ages with different education levels and occupations.What's more,the five main independent variables affecting group belonging--neighborhood relationship,organization construction,cultural construction,mass participation,and mass satisfaction--are analyzed.Based on the results of field investigation,reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are presented for promoting the sense of belonging of residents in small towns,thus,providing an effective basis and support for the formulation of national planning and construction policies for small towns.
