穴位揿针埋针预防和缓解电子结肠镜检查患者胃肠道反应的临床应用分析

摘　　要：背景结肠镜检查患者出现胃肠道反应是临床上的常见现象,通过穴位揿针埋针预防性干预能减轻疼痛程度和缩短检查时间,预防和缓解胃肠道反应,简单、实用,对于减轻患者痛苦,提高患者肠镜检查有很大的临床价值.目的观察穴位揿针埋针预防和缓解电子结肠镜检查患者胃肠道反应的临床应用分析.方法将2016-10/2018-10在浙江中医药大学附属金华中医院行无痛电子结肠镜检查患者100例为研究对象,根据检查时间顺序编号,按照随机原则随机分为对照组和观察组各50例.对照组给予检查前常规护理,对检查后出现的胃肠道症状采用药物对症干预.观察组给予穴位揿针埋针预防性干预,选取神门穴、天枢穴、足三里穴、上巨虚穴,检查前先用5%聚维酮碘对选取穴位进行常规消毒,再用蘸有75%乙醇的棉球脱碘消毒后30 s,轻轻刺入所选穴区内,每穴2-3枚,待各穴埋针完毕,即予按压,每日按压3次,每次每穴30 s,一般留置24 h.观察2组检查者疼痛评分,检查时间及结肠镜检查后6 h、24 h的腹胀,恶心呕吐情况.结果与对照组比较,观察组疼痛评分为0.87分±0.26分,明显减轻(P<0.05),且观察组进镜时间和退镜时间分别为4.8 min±1.4 min、5.1 min±2.7 min,均明显缩短(P<0.05).与对照组比较,观察组6 h、24 h腹胀、恶心呕吐发生情况均明显降低(P<0.05).结论应用穴位揿针埋针能有效预防和缓解电子结肠镜检查患者胃肠道反应,减轻疼痛程度和缩短检查时间,值得临床借鉴.BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing colonoscopy are a common clinical phenomenon.Preventive intervention through acupoint press-needle embedding can reduce the degree of pain,shorten the examination time,and prevent and alleviate gastrointestinal reactions.It is simple and practical,which has great clinical value in alleviating patients’pain and improving the efficiency of colonoscopy.AIM To observe the clinical effect of acupoint pressneedle embedding in preventing and alleviating gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy.METHODS A total of 100 patients who underwent painless electronic colonoscopy at our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the time sequence of examination and the principle of randomization,50 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing before examination,and the gastrointestinal symptoms after examination were treated by drug intervention.The observation group was given acupoint pressneedle embedding.Pain score,examination time,and the incidence of abdominal distension,nausea,and vomiting at 6 h and 24 h after colonoscopy were observed in the two groups.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the pain score of the observation group was 0.87±0.26,which was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the duration of examination time in the observation group was significantly shortened(4.8 min±1.4 min vs 5.1 min±2.7 min,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of abdominal distension,nausea,and vomiting was significantly reduced in the observation group at 6 h and 24 h(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Acupoint press-needle embedding can effectively prevent and relieve gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing electronic colonoscopy,reduce the degree of pain,and shorten the examination time,which is worthy of clinical reference.
