IPS Empress Ⅱ铸瓷系统在前牙修复美容中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨IPSEmpressⅡ铸瓷系统在前牙修复美容中的作用.方法选取2017年1月-2019年1月我诊所收治的66例需要接受前牙美学修复的患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=33)和对照组(n=33).对照组患者应用传统的钴铬合金制作的烤瓷冠进行修复;观察组应用IPSEmpressⅡ铸瓷贴面进行修复.观察两组治疗后的临床治疗效果和患者满意度.结果治疗6个月后,观察组患者的满意度为100.00%,要明显高于对照组(87.85%),两组比较差异具显著性(P<0.05);通过观察两组的临床治疗效果,发现:观察组的牙齿敏感度、修复体完整度、牙龈健康、牙齿着色、边缘着色、边缘合适度分别为[(87.88%)、(96.97%)、(87.88%)、(87.88%)、(84.85%)、(93.94%)],对照组分别为[(90.91%)、(72.73%)、(84.85%)、(90.91%)、(81.82%)、(72.73%)],两组在牙齿敏感度、牙龈健康、牙齿着色和边缘着色方面的比较差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的修复体完整度和边缘合适度要明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论应用IPSEmpressⅡ铸瓷系统进行前牙的美容修复效果良好,能明显改善患者的修复体完整度和边缘合适度,并能提高患者的满意度,值得临床应用.Objective To study the role of IPS Empress Ⅱ cast-in-ceramic system in the repair of anterior teeth. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019, 66 patients who needed aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth were selected and divided into observation group (n=33) and control group (n=33) according to the method of random digital table. The patients in the control group were repaired with traditional porcelain crowns made of cobalt-chromium alloy, and those in the observation group were repaired with IPS Empress Ⅱ cast porcelain veneer. To observe the clinical effect and patient satisfaction of the two groups after treatment. Results After 6 months of treatment, the satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (87.85%), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups, it was found that the tooth sensitivity, restoration integrity, gum health, tooth coloring, edge coloring and Edge fit were (87.88%),(96.97%),(87.88%),(87.88%),(84.85%),(93.94%) in the observation group and (92.91%),(72.73%),(84.85%),(93.94%),(88.82%),(72.73%) in the control group, respectively. There were differences in tooth sensitivity, gum health, tooth coloring and edge coloring between the two groups. There was no significant difference (P >0.05). The integrity and marginal fit of the repair in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of IPS Empress Ⅱ porcelain casting system to the cosmetic restoration of anterior teeth has a good effect, which can obviously improve the integrity and marginal fit of the restoration, and can also improve the satisfaction of the patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
