摘  要:消化介入医学作为以实践为主的一门学科,在临床教学中,消化介入是整个临床学习阶段的启蒙。文章探讨消化介入科进修医生的新型综合培养模式,为空军军医大学第一附属医院进修医生的临床带教提供参考。这有益于为消化介入科中进修医生进行更优的教学指导,可使消化介入科进修医生在临床带教中临床综合技能得以提高。带教期间定期举行实践技能考核,学生结合临床病例对课本相关理论知识予以回顾分析,在带教老师建议指导下,更好地培养临床思维能力以及实践能力,大大加强医学中各学科间的相互关联性,熟练掌握医患沟通技巧。Digestive intervention medicine is a practice-oriented discipline.In clinical teaching,digestive intervention is the enlightenment of the whole clinical learning stage.This paper discusses the new comprehensive training mode of the doctor in digestive intervention department,and provides reference for the clinical teaching of the doctor in the first affiliated hospital of air force military medical university.This is beneficial to provide better teaching guidance for the advanced physicians in the department of digestive intervention and improve their comprehensive clinical skills in clinical teaching.During the teaching period,practical skills assessment will be held regularly.Students will review and analyze relevant theoretical knowledge of the textbook in combination with clinical cases.Under the guidance of the teaching teacher,they can better cultivate their clinical thinking ability and practical ability,greatly strengthen the correlation between various disciplines in medicine,and master doctor-patient communication skills.
