摘  要:目的探讨结合应用临床路径、病例教学和期刊俱乐部的多元化教学模式在口腔规范化医师牙周病科培养中的教学效果。方法选取2017上半年牙周病科轮转规培医生为对照组(n=51),施以传统带教法;下半年牙周病科轮转规培医生为实验组(n=48),在传统带教基础上增加临床路径、病例教学和期刊俱乐部的多元化教学模式。为期3个月牙周病科培养结束后,就两组病案质量、出科笔试、实践技能考核及教学满意度调查进行分析。结果实验组病案质量评分、出科笔试成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果可见实验组住陪医生在对规范诊疗流程、锻炼临床思维、提高学习自主性和提高临床实践能力的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。但两组操作技能考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多元化教学模式有利于增强牙周病科规培医生的临床思维能力、病案综合分析能力和学习自主性。Objective To study the effect of mixed application of the clinical pathways,case-based learning,and journal club in stomatological standardized residents periodontal training.Methods Standardized residents in control group(n=51,study in periodontics in the first half of 2017)were given traditional teaching methods.Standardized residents in the experimental group(n=48,study in periodontics in the second half of 2017)were given diversified teaching methods,which combined with the clinical pathways,case-based learning and journal club on the base of traditional teaching methods.After the 3-month periodontal training,the teaching effect were analyzed by the quality of medical records,the theoretical and the clinical skill test,and teaching satisfaction survey.Results Compared with the control group,the quality of medical records and score of the theoretical test in the experimental group were higher.The result of teaching satisfaction survey showed that the diversified teaching methods significantly improved the clinical thinking,standardized diagnosis and treatment and the improvement of clinical practice ability(P<0.05).However,the score of clinical skill test between two groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Mixed application of clinical pathways,case-based learning method,and journal club in the stomatological standardized residents periodontal training were conducive to strengthening the clinical thinking ability,comprehensive analysis ability of case and learn autonomy.
