某三甲综合医院2014-2018年恶性肿瘤新发首诊住院病例分析

摘　　要：目的:了解广州市某三甲医院2014-2018年恶性肿瘤新发首诊住院病例的疾病分布特点,为恶性肿瘤防治工作提供依据.方法:收集该医院2014-2018年间共94611份恶性肿瘤出院病例的病案首页资料进行整理和分析.结果:本次共纳入24377例新发首诊恶性肿瘤患者,平均年龄为53.8±15.1岁,患者数量逐年增长(F=80.7,β=302.0,t=9.0,P<0.05);其中男性15695人,平均年龄为54.8±14.7岁,女性8682例,51.9±15.6岁,男性平均年龄高于女性(t=14.1,P<0.05);5年间恶性肿瘤构成比排名前五位的依次为肝癌、肺癌、甲状腺癌、乳腺癌与结肠癌,男性为:肝癌、肺癌、前列腺癌、结肠癌、胃癌,女性为:乳腺癌、甲状腺癌、肝癌、肺癌、宫颈癌,不同性别恶性肿瘤构成有所不同;患者年龄集中于40~59岁,此年龄段患者恶性肿瘤构成与总构成基本一致,<40岁患者数量相对较少,且恶性肿瘤构成有较大差异,白血病、淋巴瘤、皮肤癌以及脑癌等患者例数较多.结论:该医院收治恶性肿瘤患者数量逐年增长,且不同性别、年龄恶性肿瘤构成存在差异,应采取针对性的措施,提高恶性肿瘤的防治效果.Objective To analysis the disease distribution characteristics of new cases of malignant tumor in a three A and tertiary comprehensive hospital in Guangzhou from 2014 to 2018,then provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods Data from the front page of the medical records of 94611 malignant tumors cases were collected and analyzed. Results Finally, there were 24377 newly diagnosed malignant tumors cases included in this study,the average age was 53.8±15.1 years,and the number of cases increased year by year(F=80.7,β=302.0,t=9.0,P<0.05);Among them,there were 15695 males(54.8±14.7 years)and 8682 females(51.9±15.6 years);The average age of males was higher than that of females(t=14.1, P < 0.05);In the Past five years,the top 5 malignant tumors were liver cancer,lung cancer,thyroid cancer,breast cancer and colon cancer,however;the composition of malignant tumors was inconsistent in different genders;The patients were concentrated in 40-59 years with a similar composition of malignant tumors compared with the total population;There are more cases of leukemia,lymphoma,skin cancer and brain cancer under 40 years. Conclusion The number of malignant tumor cases in this hospital is increasing year by year with an inconsistent composition of malignant tumor in different sex and age,targeted and strengthening measures should be taken to improve the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
