摘  要:针对应用型本科院校实践教学普遍存在的问题以及高校教师提升实践教学能力内在和外在动力不足的现状,提出社会需要和个人需要是激励应用型本科院校教师提升实践教学能力的核心因素,进一步建立健全资格认证制度、考评体系以及培训机制,并加强激励和监督管理,使相应的配套措施能够真正地提升教师的实践教学能力,发挥培养高水平应用型人才的作用。In view of the pervasive problems in practical teaching of applied undergraduate colleges and the current situation of teachers'intrinsic and external motivations in cultivating and improving practical teaching ability,we propose that social need and individual need are key factors in improving teachers'practical ability and put forward the application of undergraduate.The qualification certification system,evaluation system and training mechanism of college teachers'practical teaching ability should be established,and the incentive and supervision management ought to be strengthened,so that the corresponding supporting measures can truly enhance the teachers'practical teaching ability and play the role of cultivating high-level applied talents.
