摘 要:白腐真菌是一类可以有效降解木素的丝状真菌,由于其降解酶系特异性较低,因此,对于多种难降解有机污染物都能够显示出一定的降解效果,并且它的作用效果比较明显,所以,在生物修复中具有良好的应用前景。目前,对于白腐真菌处理难降解有机物所进行的研究已经开展了许多,并取得了很多的研究成果,这些研究成果也为今后白腐真菌应用于实际提供了理论基础和指导方法。主要讲述白腐真菌在处理难降解有机污染物研究进展,为以后开展的研究的进行做好铺垫。White rot fungus is a kind of filamentous fungus that can effectively degrade lignin. Due to its low specificity of degradation enzyme system, it can show a certain degradation effect on a variety of organic pollutants that are difficult to be degraded, and its effect is relatively obvious, so it has a good application prospect in bioremediation. At present, many researches on the treatment of refractory organic compounds by white rot fungi have been carried out, and many research results have been obtained. These research results also provide theoretical basis and guidance for the application of white rot fungi in practice in the future. This paper mainly describes the research progress of white rot fungi in the treatment of refractory organic pollutants, which will pave the way for future research.
