摘 要:以XPS泡沫塑料产品模型考察模型制作的工作电压、切割时间、板材厚度等因素对模型切割面的平整度的影响,采用3因素3水平正交试验对XPS塑料模型制作工艺进行优化。试验得出XPS塑料模型最佳平整度的工艺条件为切割机工作电压10V、切割时间10s、板材厚度60mm,其中对模型表面水波纹影响最显著的因素是工作电压,对模型表面热腐蚀影响最显著的是板材厚度。By taking the working voltage,cutting time and sheet thickness of XPS model as the single factor,and taking the smoothness of cutting surface as the index,the optimization level of each single factor was screened out by single factor test.Then,according to the single factor test results,the manufacturing process of XPS plastic model was optimized by three factors and three levels orthogonal test.The results show that the optimum flatness of XPS plastic model is working voltage 10V,cutting time 10s and cutting thickness 60mm.The most significant factor affecting water ripple of model surface is working voltage,and the most significant factor affecting hot corrosion of model surface is plate thickness.
