摘　　要：目前国内幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的感染率仍处于较高水平。Hp感染与胃肠道多种非恶性疾病存在相关性,其中消化性溃疡、功能性消化不良、胃食管反流病近年来研究的较多。尤其是随着人们对Hp感染所致的危害认识程度的增加及根治Hp积极性的改变,消化道非恶性疾病中Hp的流行病学也发生着改变。尽管根治Hp后上消化道非恶性疾病的症状得到改善、生活质量得到提高,但仍在很多方面存在争议,如Hp感染与特殊人群溃疡发生、胃肠道菌群关系、胃食管反流病的发生等。因此,积极治疗满足Hp感染根治适应证者可使患者获益。Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection rate is still at a high level in China and abroad.Hp infection is related to a variety of non-malignant diseases,among which peptic ulcer,functional dyspepsia and gastroesophageal reflux disease have been studied more in recent years.Especially with the increasing awareness of the harm caused by Hp infection and the increasing activty of eradicating Hp,the epidemiology of Hp infection in non-malignant diseases of digestive tract has also changed.Although the symptoms of upper digestive tract non-malignant diseases and the quality of life are improved after radical treatment of Hp,there are still many controversies,such as Hp infection and ulcer in special population,gastrointestinal flora,gastroesophageal reflux disease and so on.Therefore,active treatment of patients who meet the indications for Hp infection eradication can benefit the patients clinically.
