摘  要:刚度和阻尼是影响轨下弹性垫板减振性能的重要参数。针对一种新型网孔式橡胶弹性垫板,建立三维有限元模型研究其刚度和阻尼特性,以及网孔中填充高阻尼材料对垫板阻尼特性的影响。研究结果表明:相较于传统的沟槽式弹性垫板,网孔式弹性垫板具有更大的弹性,阻尼比略大,内部应力分布均匀,应力较低;在网孔中填充高阻尼材料可以大幅度提高垫板的阻尼比,改善垫板内部应力分布,还可通过改变填充物饱和度调整弹性垫板的垂向位移量,使垫板适用于多种刚度要求的轨道系统,拓展垫板的适用性。Stiffness and damping are the important parameters that affect the vibration reduction performance of the under-track elastic pad. A three-dimensional finite element model was established for a new type of mesh rubber elastic pad structure to study its stiffness and damping characteristics,and the influence of high damping filling material in the mesh on the damping characteristic of the pad. The results show that,compared with the traditional grooved elastic pad, the mesh elastic pad has more elasticity,slightly larger damping ratio,uniform internal stress distribution and lower stress. Filling the mesh with high damping material can greatly improve the damping ratio of the pad,improve the internal stress distribution of the pad,and adjust the vertical displacement of the elastic pad by changing the saturation of the filling material to make the pad suitable for multiple stiffness requirement of the track system,which expands the applicability of the pad.
