摘　　要：基于社会资本理论、资源基础观与能力观,本文通过搭建“资源-整合-绩效”框架,分析供应链社会资本对供应链融资绩效的直接作用及供应链外部整合的中介作用,并对IT使能共享能力的调节效应进行检验。基于368家中小企业检验结果显示:供应链结构资本、关系资本对供应链外部整合与供应链融资绩效起正向促进作用;供应链认知资本通过提升中小企业的供应链外部整合水平,进而实现供应链融资绩效的改善;供应链外部整合显著提升了供应链节点中小企业的融资绩效,在供应链社会资本与供应链融资绩效间存在中介作用。另外,IT使能共享能力的调节效应显著,中小企业的IT使能共享能力能够驱动供应链社会资本高效转化从而提升外部整合水平,进而实现中小企业供应链融资绩效的综合提升。This paper is based on the social capital theory, resource-based view and ability view. By building the framework with “resource-integration-performance”,we analyze the direct effect of supply chain social capital on supply chain financing performance, and the intermediary role of supply chain external integration. At the same time, the potential moderating function of IT enable sharing ability is also been discussed. Results based on a sample of 368 SMEs reveal that: supply chain structural capital, supply chain relational capital have positive influence on supply chain external integration and supply chain financing performance. Supply chain cognitive capital has no direct influence on supply chain financing performance. However, it positively and significantly affects supply chain external integration. Secondly, supply chain external integration has positive and significant influence on supply chain financing performance. In addition , it plays certain intermediary function in the relationship between supply chain social capital and supply chain financing performance. Finally, IT enable sharing ability has regulatory function to the relationship between supply chain social capital and supply chain external integration. The stronger the IT enable sharing ability of middle and small-sized enterprises, the higher efficiency the supply chain external integration conversion, the better the performance of supply chain financing.
