习近平治国理政的初心及“根”与“魂”的思想基础——基于给陕西各界的九封回信的分析

摘　　要：习近平治国理政的初心不仅来源于他对中国革命的深刻理解,也来自于他对中国社会最真挚的情感。习近平讲过,陕西是根,延安是魂。自1995年至2018年,他先后有九封回信给陕西各界群众。这些回信,深刻地表达了他“根”与“魂”的思想基础,也体现了其治国理政的初心。他认为红色记忆是共产党初心之所在,根之所系,也是学校教育的基础;他认为梁家河是有“大学问”的地方,发奋图强的奋斗精神正是来自于与乡亲们一起奋斗的历程中;他还认为延安精神是中国共产党人的宝贵财富,是青年人坚定理想信念,锤炼意志品质,实现中华民族伟大复兴的强大动力。理解和研究这些复信的内容,对于我们更好地掌握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义理论的本质具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。Xi Jinping′s original aspiration to govern the country comes not only from his deep understanding of the Chinese revolution,but also from his most sincere feelings for Chinese society.Xi Jinping has expressed that Shaanxi is where my root takes,Yan′an is where my soul dwells.From 1995 to 2018,he wrote nine letters to people from all walks of life in Shaanxi.These replies profoundly express the ideological basis of his“root”and“soul”,and also reflect his original aspiration of governing the country.He believes that red memory is the founding mission and the root of the Communist Party,also the basis of school education.He believes that Liang Jiahe is a place where great knowledge could be learned,and the spirit of striving hard comes from the process of struggling together with fellow villagers there.At the same time,he also stresses that the Yan′an spirit is the precious wealth of the Chinese Communists,also a powerful driving force for young people to consolidate beliefs,temper will,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Understanding and studying the contents of these letters is of great theoretical value and practical significance for us to better grasp the essence of Xi Jinping′s theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
