摘  要:电子燃油泵是燃油系统的关键零部件,燃油泵的性能与发动机的启动、运行、排放等性能直接相关。随着汽车市场的不断成熟,对燃油泵的噪声性能越来越关注;以往对于微型漩涡式燃油泵电机噪声及漩涡叶片产生的噪声及优化方案较为关注,但作为机电混合的燃油泵总成支座结构设计,引射泵的匹配研究则相对较少。由于燃油泵总成支架的结构设计与液体介质(燃油)、结构设计、工作环境紧密相关,为改善燃油泵的结构噪声、震动、声震粗糙度(noise、vibration and harshness, NVH)性能,提高燃油泵声音品质;本文根据某车型燃油泵噪声改善分析,采用计算流体力学(Computation Fluid Dynamics, CFD)数值模拟和理论分析方法,分析燃油泵结构噪声特性,提出一种结构噪声改善理论。通过环境试验设计,对改善方案进行有效性验证。The electric pump is the key component of the fuel system, the performance of the fuel pump is directly related to the performance of the engine is start-up, operation, and emission. With the contimuous maturity of the automobile market,the noise performance of the fuel pump is becoming more and more concerned;In the past,more attention was pai to the micro eddy fuel pump with the noise of the motor and the noise produced by the whirlpool blade and the optimization scheme, but as the mechanical and electrical fuel pump assembly and the design of the support structure,the matching research of the ejector pump is relatively small.In order to improve the structural noise of the fuel pump, the structural design of the fuel pump assembly is closely related to the liquid medium, the structure and the working environment, in order to improve the strucrural noise, vibration and harshness of the fuel pump,improving the sound quality of fuel pump,based on the investigation of the noise improvement of a fuel pump, a computational fluid dynamics numerical simulation method and theoretical analysis method are applied to analyze the structural noise characteristics of fuel pump, and a theory of strucrural noise improvement is put forward. Verify the effectiveness of the design scheme by environmental test design.
