摘 要:目的:了解医学院校大学生专业认同、学习动机及二者的相关性,为医学院校教育改革和学生培养提供参考。方法:采用大学生专业认同问卷和学习动机问卷对河南省属3所医学院校大学生进行调查。结果:不同年级、专业和学校类型的医学生专业认同有显著性差异(P<0.05)。不同性别、年级和专业的医学生的学习动机也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。医学生专业认同与学习动机及各维度均呈显著的正相关(P<0.05)。结论:专业认同可正向预测大学生的学习动机,医学生专业认同与学习动机有显著的相关性。Objective:To learn the professional identity,motivation and their correlation of medical college students,so as to provide some references for the education teaching reform and student training for medical colleges.Methods:The College Students'Professional Identity questionnaire and College Students'Learning Motivation questionnaire were used to survey 787 students from 3 medical college in Henan province.Results:There were significant differences in professional identity among medical college students of different grades,majors and types of schools(P<0.05).And there were significant differences in learning motivation among medical college students of different genders,grades and majors(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between medical students'professional identity and learning motivation and all dimensions(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professional identity has a significant positive predictive effect on learning motivation.There is a significant correlation between medical students'professional identity and learning motivation.
