正交试验法优选羊肚菌颗粒剂的处方

摘　　要：[目的]优选羊肚菌颗粒剂制备的最优处方。[方法]以颗粒剂的成型率、吸湿率为指标,采用正交设计安排试验,对羊肚菌颗粒剂处方进行筛选。[结果]最优处方为药物与糊精∶乳糖(2∶1)比为1.00∶0.75,润湿剂为70%乙醇,润湿剂的用量为0.15mL/g。[结论]所制备的颗粒符合药典规定,是合格的颗粒剂。[Objictive] The research aimed to optimize the formulation of Morchella esculenta granules.[Method]The optimum formulation of Morchella esculenta granules was optimized by orthogonal test with the forming rate, hygroscopic rate as index.[Result]The best formulation was as follows:the ratio of drug to dextrin: lactose (2:1)was 1.00:0.75, the wetting agent was 70% ethanol, the dosage of wetting agent was 0.15 mL/g.[Conclusion] Morchella esculenta granules conforms the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeias.The prepared granules are in compliance with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeias and are qualified granules.
