超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞复合全身麻醉在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术中的麻醉效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞(PVB)复合全身麻醉在胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的应用效果.方法:筛取2017年5月-2018年5月我院接受治疗的肺癌患者90例,随机分为对照组和实验组,各45例.实验组采用超声引导下PVB复合全身麻醉的方法,对照组则是采用静吸复合全身麻醉的方法,比较两组患者手术中特定时间血流动力学变化、手术中用药情况、苏醒拔管时间.结果:实验组血流动力学相对平稳,麻醉用药量相对较少,苏醒拔管时间较短,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:超声引导下椎旁神经阻滞复合全身麻醉应用效果显著[1].Objective To study the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia in thoracoscopic radical mastectomy and analyze its clinical effects. Methods 90 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were screened and divided into two groups, 45 patients in the control group and the experimental group.The experimental group was treated with thoracic paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia, while the control group was treated with general anesthesia with intravenous inhalation.The two groups were observed and compared between the two groups. Flow dynamics,medication during surgery;and time to recovery from anesthesia.Results The hemodynamics of the experimental group was relatively stable, the dose of anesthesia was relatively small, and the recovery time after anesthesia was shorter The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia has a significant effect, which is worthy of further exploration for clinical promotion.
