摘　　要：医院纪委如何正确履行好党风廉政建设监督责任,切实落实“三转”的要求,是进一步加强和改进纪检监察工作亟待解决的问题。文章通过分析纪委监督职能的作用和履行监督责任面临的困境,结合某医院纪委的工作实践,总结其在履行监督责任,开展监督检查工作方面的一些经验和体会,为基层医院纪检监察工作的开展提供参考。How to properly implement the supervision responsibility of building a clean and honest government, and earnestly implement the requirements of "three revolution" is an urgent problem for the discipline inspection and supervision commission of the hospital to further strengthen and improve its work. In this article, through analyzing the role of the supervision function of discipline inspection commission and the dilemma of fulfilling the supervision responsibility, based on the practical work of the hospital discipline inspection commission, summed up the hospital discipline in the performance of the supervision responsibility, supervision and inspection work carried out some experience and understanding, discipline inspection work for hospital to provide some ideas.
