精神分裂症家属照护负担与社会支持相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨缓解期精神分裂症患者主要照顾者的照护负担及其相关性,为采取有针对性干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用Zarit负担量表和社会支持量表,对湖北省缓解期精神分裂症患者的主要照顾者的照护负担和社会支持进行调查分析。结果:201例照顾者中,有163例(81.1%)存在照护负担,其中,轻度、中度、重度照护负担分别占比32.8%、35.9%、12.4%。Pearson相关分析结果显示,照顾者的社会支持总分、主观支持、客观支持与总照护负担、个人负担、角色负担呈负相关关系(P<0.05),照顾者的社会支持利用度与总照护负担、角色负担呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者的主要照顾者存在较大的照护负担;照顾者的社会支持可能影响其照护负担。Objective To explore the care burden of the main caregivers of patients with schizophrenia during remission and its relevance, and provide a scientific basis for targeted interventions. Methods The care burden of the main caregivers of patients with schizophrenia during remission in Hubei Province and its social support were surveyed with Zarit burden scale and social support scale. Results Among the 201 cases of caregivers, 163(81.1%) had care burden, in which the mild, moderate and severe care burden accounted for 32.8%, 35.9% and 12.4%, respectively. Pearson’s correlation analysis showed that the total social support score, subjective support and objective support were negatively correlated with the total care burden, personal burden and role burden of the caregiver(P<0.05). The caregivers’ social support utilization was negatively correlated with the total care burden and role burden(P<0.05). Conclusion The main caregivers of patients with schizophrenia had heavy burden of care. Social support for the caregivers may influence their care burden.
