摘 要:跨界搜索是企业创新的重要途径。目前对跨界搜索的研究主要聚焦于技术与市场知识跨界搜索,结合"强政府"背景,提出政策知识跨界搜索概念,分析企业跨界搜索与创新绩效的关系,运用结构方程模型对314家企业的调查问卷数据进行实证研究。实证结果表明,技术知识跨界搜索、市场知识跨界搜索和政策知识跨界搜索都对企业创新绩效产生显著的正向影响,且动态能力在技术、市场与政策知识跨界搜索对企业创新绩效的影响中起部分中介作用。因此,调整跨界搜索领域,快速提升动态能力,可提高企业创新绩效。Boundary-spanning search is an important way for enterprise innovation. At present, the research on the boundary-spanning search focuses on boundary-spanning search of the technological knowledge and market knowledge, Based on the background of "strong government", this paper proposes the concept of boundary-spanning search of policy knowledge, analyzes the relationship between boundary-spanning search and innovation performance, and makes an empirical study on the questionnaire data of 314 enterprises by using structural equation model. The results show that boundary-spanning search of technical knowledge, market knowledge and policy knowledge have a significant positive impact on innovation performance of enterprises, and dynamic capabilities plays a part of intermediary role in the impact of boundary-spanning search on innovation performance. Therefore, adjusting the boundary-spanning search field and rapidly improving the dynamic capabilities can improve the innovation performance of enterprises.
