摘　　要：本文从企业社会资本视角深入研究供应链外部整合对企业组织绩效的作用机理,探索并验证企业关系资本、供应链外部整合和企业组织绩效的交互关系。本研究发现:(1)供应链外部整合能够提升企业组织绩效,企业关系资本可以通过促进这一过程而实现形成与累积。(2)增强信息整合与知识资源整合能力有利于组织绩效和企业关系资本的累积;但过度进行关系整合却会使企业组织绩效下降。(3)知识资源整合在企业成立之初可以表现出较好的整合绩效;而对于成熟期企业而言,提升信息整合水平更有利于企业进一步发展。本文系统性地研究了当企业关系资本介入后,供应链外部整合对企业组织绩效产生促进作用的内在管理机制,对丰富相关理论具有较高的学术和实践价值。Based on the perspective of corporate social capital, this study examines the role of supply chain external integration in organizational performance. We also discuss and test the interaction between corporate relational capital, supply chain external integration and corporate organizational performance. It is found in this research that:(1) supply chain external integration can improve the corporate organizational performance, and the corporate social relational capital can be formed and accumulated by promoting this process;(2) enhancing the ability of information integration and knowledge resource integration is conducive to the accumulation of organizational performance and corporate relational capital, but excessive relational integration is harmful to the accumulation of organizational performance;(3) for the start-up enterprises, knowledge resources integration will be the most effective way;for mature enterprises, improving the level of information integration will be helpful to the further development of the enterprise. We systematically research management mechanisms of the supply chain external integration promoting the organizational performance when the corporate relational capitals are involved in. Our study has important theoretical and practical value in supply chain integration research field.
