摘  要:针对当前人工检测衍射光学可变图像表面缺陷时,受主观因素、天气、光照等影响较大,存在检测率较低、误检率、漏检率不高,检测耗时较长的问题,提出并设计了衍射光学可变图像表面缺陷检测系统。利于具备线阵CCD摄像头的照明装置检测图像表面缺陷,以来采集目标表面缺陷图像数据,将采集的图像数据经系统服务器传送给图像处理模块;系统图像处理模块先后对目标产品衍射光学可变图像作预处理、图像表面缺陷初步检测、图像表面缺陷精确定位,以及图像表面缺陷分类,最终完成衍射光学可变图像检测系统总体架构。系统性能测试结果表明,设计系统能够实现衍射光学可变图像表面缺陷的高效、准确检测。At present,the surface defects of diffractive optical variable images are affected greatly by subjective factors,weather,illumination and so on,so there are some problems such as low detection rate,low false detection rate,low missed detection rate,and long detection time. A diffractive optical variable image surface defect detection system is proposed and designed. The illumination device with linear CCD camera can detect the image surface defect, collect the target surface defect image data,and transmit the collected image data to the image processing module through the system server. The system image processing module preprocesses the diffractive optical variable image of the target product successively,detects the surface defect of the image initially,accurately positions the image surface defect and classifies the image surface defect. The overall structure of the diffractive optical variable image detection system is finally completed. The system performance test results show that the system can detect the surface defects of diffractive optical variable image efficiently and accurately.
