摘 要:目的观察小檗碱、奥硝唑及联合用药对牙周致病菌的体外抗菌活性。方法分别采用微量液体稀释法和微量棋盘稀释法研究奥硝唑和小檗碱对牙周炎常见致病菌的体外抗菌活性和联合药敏试验。结果奥硝唑对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)、伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillusactinomycetemc omitans,A.a)、具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum,F.n ),黏性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus,A.v),变形链球菌(Streptococcus mutans,ATCC25175),MIC 分别为0.64、0.000 078、0.64、0.64、5.12 mg/mL;小檗碱的 MIC 分别为0.16、0.01、0.16、1.28、0.04 mg/mL。奥硝唑与小檗碱联用,对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)、伴放线放线杆菌(Actinobacillusactinomycetemc omitans,A.a)为协同作用;对具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum,F.n )为相加作用;对黏性放线菌(Actinomyces viscosus,A.v)为无关作用。结论奥硝唑、小檗碱两药可协同及互补在牙周炎常见致病菌的抑菌效果。Objective To observe the in vitro antibacterial activity of berberine, ornidazole and combination therapy on periodontal pathogens. Methods The in vitro antimicrobial activity and combined susceptibility test of ornidazole and berberine against common periodontitis pathogens were studied by micro-liquid dilution method and micro-chessboard dilution method, respectively. Results Ornidazole against Porphyromonas gingivalis)P.g), Actinobacillusactinomycetemc omitans)A.a), Fusobacterium nucleatum)F.n), Actinomyces viscosus, )A.v), Streptococcus mutans)ATCC25175), MIC were 0.64, 0.000 078, 0.64, 0.64, 5.12 mg/mL, respectively;MIC of berberine was 0.16,0.01, 0.16, 1.28, 0.04 mg/mL, respectively. Ornidazole in combination with berberine, synergistic effect on Porphyromonas gingivalis)P.g)and Actinobacillusactinomycetemc omitans)A.a);Fusobacterium nucleatum)F.n)) was additive;it was irrelevant to Actinomyces viscosus)A.v). Conclusion Ornidazole and berberine have synergistic and complementary antibacterial effects on common pathogenic bacteria in periodontitis.
