摘　　要：职员队伍的稳定性、工作的积极性和主动性以及其工作成效对高校的发展都发挥着至关重要的作用。从人力资源管理角度而言,职员队伍的职业发展现状与规划是员工队伍建设的依据和抓手,文章拟通过对某高校职员职业发展现状的调研和规划调研,提炼出高校支持职员职业发展的建议。The constancy,initiative,and effectiveness of staff is of great importance to the development of university.From the perspective of human resources management,the career situation and planning of staff lays foundation for the construction of staff.Through the investigation into the career situation and planning of the staff in an university,this essay tends to present several suggestions for the development of university staff.
