摘　　要：目的:探讨紫杉醇+顺铂(TP)化疗在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果及护理分析。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年5月于医院就诊的58例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,依据化疗方案的不同分为TP组(紫杉醇+顺铂化疗)31例,CAF组(环磷酰胺+阿霉素+氟尿嘧啶化疗)27例。比较2组临床住院天数和费用,在治疗前、后的白细胞计数(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)、血红蛋白(Hb),治疗效果以及临床不良反应,并探讨其护理方式。结果:TP组每个疗程住院时间和平均治疗费用低于CAF组(P<0.05);TP组和CAF组治疗有效率分别为61.29%和59.26%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,TP组的WBC、PLT、Hb指标高于CAF组;TP组和CAF组不良反应率分别为25.81%和22.22%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用TP化疗的乳腺癌患者可获得与其他疗法同等的疗效,住院时间和费用更少,血常规指标更接近正常值。Objective: To explore the application effects and nursing analysis of taxel + cisplatin (TP) chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 58 patients with breast cancer who were admitted to the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected for the study. According to the different chemotherapy regimens,the patients were divided into TP group (taxel + cisplatin chemotherapy,31 cases) and CAF group (cyclophosphamide+ adriamycin+ fluorouracil chemotherapy,27 cases).The clinical hospital stay and cost,and the white blood cell count (WBC), platelet count (PLT),hemoglobin (Hb),treatment effects and clinical adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the nursing methods were discussed.Results: The hospital stay of each course and average treatment cost in TP group were lower than those in CAF group (P <0.05).The effective rates of treatment in TP group and CAF group were 61.29% and 59.26% respectively (P >0.05).After treatment,the indexes of WBC,PLT and Hb in TP group were higher than those in CAF group.The adverse reaction rates in TP group and CAF group were 25.81% and 22.22% respectively (P >0.05).Conclusions: Breast cancer patients treated by TP chemotherapy can achieve the same efficacy as other therapies,and TP chemotherapy has less hospital stay and cost,and its blood routine indicators are closer to normal values.
