摘　　要：目的:探讨恩度腔内灌注联合全身化疗对恶性浆膜腔积液患者的疗效及对血清rmhTNF水平的影响。方法:选取2015年4月至2017年12月我院收治的恶性浆膜腔积液(MSCE)患者146例,随机分为两组,两组MSCE患者均进行化疗,对照组联合应用顺铂腔内灌注,研究组联合应用恩度腔内灌注治疗。观察对比两组MSCE患者的临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前及治疗后的生活质量水平、体内血清rmhTNF水平。结果:研究组MSCE患者的疗效优于对照组MSCE患者(P<0.05);研究组MSCE患者的不良反应低于对照组MSCE患者(P>0.05);研究组MSCE患者的生活质量显著高于对照组MSCE患者(P<0.05);研究组MSCE患者体内血清rmhTNF水平显著高于对照组MSCE患者(P<0.05)。结论:临床对MSCE患者进行治疗的过程中使用全身化疗联合恩度腔内灌注的疗效更为显著,能显著提高MSCE患者的临床缓解率及生活质量;二者联合不会增加MSCE患者化疗的毒副反应,值得应用及推广。Objective: To investigate the effect of Endostar Intracavitary Perfusion Combined with systemic chemotherapy on malignant serous effusion and the influence on serum rmhTNF level.Methods: 146 patients with malignant serous effusion(MSCE)admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to December 2017 were randomLy divided into two groups.The two groups of MSCE patients were treated with chemotherapy.The control group patients were treated with cisplatin intracavitary perfusion,and the study group with Endostar intracavitary perfusion.The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions,quality of life and serum rmhTNF levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: The curative effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and P<0.05;the adverse reaction of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and P>0.05;the quality of life of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05;the level of serum rmhTNF in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion: Systemic chemotherapy combined with Endostar Intracavitary Perfusion is more effective in the treatment of MSCE patients,which can significantly improve the clinical remission rate and quality of life of MSCE patients.The combination of the two will not increase the toxicity and side effects of chemotherapy in MSCE patients,and is worthy of application and promotion.
