摘 要:妇产科学是一门实践性科学,人才培养必须满足岗位胜任力培养的要求。安徽医科大学第一附属医院妇产科将医学核心胜任力要素的培养方法融合到规培医生的临床教学实践中,加强规培医师的临床实践能力、医学基础理论知识、职业道德、人文关怀、团队协作、综合科研素质与能力。在总结以核心胜任力要素培养为基础的妇产科规培教学经验的前提下,探讨以岗位胜任力为主的评价模式在规培教学中的重要及科学意义,分析住院医师规范化培养模式中尚存的问题,并提出合理的建议。Obstetrics and gynecology is a practical science,talent training must meet the post competency training requirements.The gynaecology and obstetrics department of the first affiliated hospital of Anhui Medical University integrates the training method of the core competence elements of medicine into the clinical teaching practice of the doctor,and strengthens the clinical practice ability,the basic theory knowledge of medicine and the professional ethics of the doctor.Humanistic concern,team cooperation,comprehensive scientific research quality and ability.On the basis of summing up the teaching experience of gynaecology and obstetrics regulation training based on the cultivation of core competence elements,this paper discusses the importance and scientific significance of post competence evaluation model in planning teaching,and analyses the standardization of resident doctors.The remaining problems in the training model and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
