摘  要:随着社会信息化程度的提高,人工智能、精准医学和靶向治疗、手术机器人、基因测序、干细胞研究、深部脑刺激、生物传感器、肿瘤免疫疗法等医学高新技术开始普遍应用于临床,它们与互联网、云计算等融合发展并开启了新的医学革命。医学高新科技的发展伴随诸多新的医学伦理争议,医学高新技术的滥用有可能超出其适应证,信息化背景对基因信息和医疗数据的隐私和处置提出更高要求,干细胞研究和免疫治疗等临床试验和治疗亟待法律规范和临床验证,深脑刺激和无线传感器出现难以避免的副作用有关患者切身利益。因此,有必要重新思考未来医学高新科技所面临的问题。With the deepening of social informationization, new medical technologies such as artificial intelligence, precision medicine and targeted therapy, surgical robot, gene sequencing, stem cell research, deep brain stimulation, biosensors, and cancer immunotherapy have been widely used in clinic, which associate with the Internet and cloud computing to initiate a new medical revolution. The development of medical high-tech is accompanied by many new ethical issues. The abuse of medical high-tech may exceed its indications. Under the background of informationization, the privacy and disposal of genetic information and medical data are more demanding. Clinical trials and treatments such as stem cell research and immunotherapy are in urgent need of legal norms and clinical trials. There are unavoidable side effects of brain stimulation and wireless sensors, which concerns the vital interests of the patients. Therefore, it is necessary for us to rethink the ethical controversies of medical high technologies in the future.
