摘  要:生态德育是适应生态文明建设客观需求的重要举措,对于构建人与自然的和谐关系具有重要的价值。运用帕森斯AGIL模型分析高校生态德育在环境适应、目标达成、资源整合、模式维护等方面的四种功能,发现内容片面化、目标抽象化、资源整合弱化以及文化建设虚化是影响高校生态德育发展的现实困境。为满足系统功能要求,高校需要通过坚持价值引领、激活德育对象、加强顶层设计、营造和谐氛围等途径来推动生态德育的深入开展,实现构建人与自然和谐关系、促进大学生全面发展的价值旨归。Ecological moral education is an important measure to meet the objective needs of the construction of ecological civilization, which is of great value for the construction of a harmonious relationship between human and nature. Based on Parsons AGIL model, this paper analyzes the four functions of ecological moral education in colleges and universities, which are environmental adaptation, goal achievement, resource integration and mode maintenance. It is found that one-sidedness of content, abstraction of goals, weakened resource integration and cultural construction deficiency are the realistic dilemmas that affect the development of ecological moral education in colleges and universities. In order to meet the functional requirements of the system, colleges and universities need to promote the in-depth development of ecological moral education by adhering to the value guidance, activating the object of moral education, strengthening the top-level design, creating a harmonious atmosphere and so on, so as to realize the core value of building a harmonious relationship between human and nature and promoting the all-round development of college students.
