摘 要:针对干式双离合器自动变速器(DCT)车辆升挡过程低挡离合器传递负扭矩的特定工况,结合对其升挡过程关键节点的分析,建立了干式DCT动力传动系统换挡过程的动力学模型。综合考虑换挡性能评价指标离合器滑磨功和冲击度,提出了一种干式DCT低挡离合器传递负扭矩升挡过程的具体控制策略,并进行了相应的仿真分析,仿真结果验证了所制定控制策略的可行性。For the particular low-gear clutch condition of negative torque when the vehicle equipped with dry double clutch transmission is in upshift process,a system dynamics model of the shift process of dry DCT power driving system is established based on the analysis of key nodes of the up-shifting process.Comprehensively considered the gear shifting performance evaluation indicator such as slip work and impact degree,a kind of upshift control strategy of dry DCT is put forward when low-gear clutch transfers negative torque.Through the corresponding simulation analysis,the results show that the control strategy is feasible.
