摘 要:第三方物流企业若想在日益激烈的竞争中争得一席之地,必须从根本上提升服务水平,基于云计算的服务创新管理是有效提高服务运营效率的途径之一,通过建立服务质量管理机制,来实现服务盈利能力提升的目标。目前,物流行业的发展基于物流产业信息化的建设,在此基础上,通过云计算来完成物流平台系统的构建,通过采用统一部署,面向整体业务建设,进而实现按需分配的系统设计来提高物流服务质量。If the third - party logistics companies want to gain a place in the increasingly fierce competition, they must fundamentally improve the service level.
