摘　　要：本文基于校企合作下的专业硕士研究生人才培养质量评价体系出发提出对人才培养质量评价的必要性,从课程体系与教学内容、学生基本素质、导师团队水平与合作企业水平、产学研对接平台及人才培养与企业发展的动态匹配方面进行人才培养质量评价分析,最后提出评价体系实施过程中应注意的问题,以期为校企合作专业硕士研究生培养质量评价体系建设提供思路,为相关职能部门的政策制定提供参考和借鉴。Based on the quality evaluation system of professional postgraduate talents under the cooperation of schools and enterprises,this paper puts forward the necessity of quality evaluation of talent training,from the curriculum system and teaching content,the basic quality of students,the level of tutor team and the level of cooperative enterprises,the platform of production,education and research.The quality matching analysis of talent training and enterprise development is carried out to analyze the quality of personnel training.Finally,the problems that should be paid attention to during the implementation of the evaluation system are put forward,in order to provide ideas for the construction of quality evaluation system for master-study training of school-enterprise cooperation,and the policy for relevant functional departments.Formulate and provide reference and reference.
