摘　　要：本文系统介绍了爆炸试验配气及控制系统的工作原理、相关技术参数以及系统的软件和硬件构成。爆炸试验配气及控制系统可以有效、精确控制爆炸试验罐,进而可以在防爆电气产品进行外壳耐压试验及内部点燃的不传爆试验时得到准确可靠的数据,在工作效率上也可大大提升。This paper systematically introduces the working principle of gas distribution and control system in explosion test.In addition,the related technical parameters and the software and hardware structure of the system are also introduced.The system can effectively and accurately control the explosion test tank.Furthermore,accurate and reliable data can be obtained when Tests of ability of the enclosure to withstand pressure and Test for non-transmission of an internal ignition.In terms of work efficiency,it can also be improved a lot.
