北宋循吏 治水行家——从“三记一序”看曾巩的水利情怀及治水功绩

摘　　要：曾巩任职地方官10多年,所到之处重民生、谋民利,兴修水利,先后写作了《广德湖记》《越州鉴湖图序》《齐州北水门记》《襄州宜城县长渠记》等水利论文,总结吸取前人治水的经验智慧,彰显了自身的治水理念和水利情怀,有着重要的历史意义和当代价值。曾巩是治水的行家里手,特别是在湖北襄州任职期间,为保护利用管理好长渠这一水利工程作出了独特的贡献。Zeng Gong held the post of a local official for more than 10 years.In his governess,he attached an importance to people's livelihood,worked hard for people's interests and started construction of water conservation. He wrote several essays on water conservation successively,such as Record of Guangde Lake,Preface of Yuezhou Jianhu Picture,Record of Qizhou Beishui Gate,and Record of Long Canal of Yicheng County in Xiangzhou. These essays sum up forefathers' experience and wisdom on water conservation and highlight his own ideas and feelings of water conservation,having an important historic significance and contemporary value.Zeng Gong was an expert on water conservation,and especially during his term of office in Xiangzhou,he made a unique contribution to the conservation and governess of Long Canal.
