摘 要:为掌握花岗岩残积土填料晾晒性能及其影响因素,为有效利用该填料提供理论依据,基于非饱和土湿热耦合计算方法和实际工况,提出了填料晾晒的数值模拟方法;选取花岗岩残积土,通过水热力学性质试验和室内蒸发试验确定了相关参数,开展了南方特定气象条件下花岗岩残积土的现场晾晒数值模拟和现场试验。结果表明:同一气象条件下,持水性越强,填料晾晒所需时间越长且内外含水率差异性越大;影响花岗岩残积土晾晒的因素中,敏感程度由大至小分别是松铺厚度、土块粒径、太阳辐射强度、温度、风速;平均粒径为2 cm的花岗岩残积土填料,松铺厚度为30 cm时,在自然晾晒1 h后进行一次翻拌,可使晾晒时间由5 h缩短至2 h,填料降湿效率提高60%。根据填料持水性的不同,合理控制粒径或翻拌时刻,可显著缩短填料晾晒所需时间,从而提高南方多雨地区花岗岩残积土路基施工效率。In order to better understand the drying performance and influencing factors of granite residual soil with high natural water content in South China, and to provide the theoretical basis for effectively using fine-grain filler, a numerical simulation method of filler drying was proposed based on thermal-hydra couple computing method for unsaturated soils and actual working conditions. Granite residual soil were selected and tested to obtain the corresponding parameters through thermal and hydraulical property tests and laboratory evaporation tests. A numerical simulation and in-situ drying test of granite residual soil in a certain weather condition of South China was carried out. The results show that under the same atmospheric condition, the filler with stronger water retaining ability needs longer time to reach the goal water content with the result of irregularity of water content. Among the factors affecting the drying of granite residual soil, the sensitivity levels range from the highest to the lowest are the thickness of loose pavement, size of soil’s parameter, intensity of solar radiation, temperature and wind speed. Granite residual soil filler with average diameter of 2 cm, the drying time can be reduced from 5 to 2 h if it’s get tedded.According to its diversity of filler water retaining ability, the time for drying can be cut off significantly by particle diameter controlling and starting point of drying, to improve the efficiency of subgrade construction in raining areas of South China.
