摘 要:针对传统三闭环控制方法无法满足一些高性能位置伺服控制的场合,提出一种目标位置调节的永磁同步电机位置伺服控制方法。该方法通过位置给定与位置反馈进行比较,一旦转子旋转至目标位置,就对电机通一个与目标位置角度一致的电压矢量,将转子准确定位在目标位置。将该方法与PID控制相结合,可以实现永磁同步电机快速、平稳、准确的定位。通过实验验证了该方法的有效性。将该方法运用到磨面机控制当中,证明了该方法的实用性。Aiming at the situation that the traditional three closed-loop control method can not meet some high-performance position servo control, a position servoming method for permanent magnet synchronous motor with target position adjustment was proposed. The method compared the position reference with the position feedback. Once the rotor is rotated to a given position, the motor is passed a voltage vector consistent with the given position angle to accurately position the rotor at the given position. Combining this method with PID control can achieve fast, stable and accurate positioning of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The effectiveness of the method was verified by experiments. Applying this method to the control of the grinding machine proved the practicability of the method.
