摘 要:电信号采集系统是焊接设备的主要组成部分,采集的电信号可用于焊接过程及焊接效果的分析。根据小波包消噪原理,通过设计电信号采集电路、选取合适的采集卡模块搭建了焊接电信号采集系统装置,并开展了铝合金双脉冲MIG焊接试验,通过设定强、弱脉冲电流及对应的时间参数,依次采集到焊接过程汇总平稳过渡、送丝过快、大滴过渡及断弧等几种典型电信号波形图,并获得相应的焊缝外观形貌。结果表明,通过对采集到的电信号进行小波滤波处理并结合焊缝质量的优劣分析可知,可通过改变焊接电流波形参数来获得成形优良的焊缝,从而验证了焊接电信号的采集对焊接过程的重要性。The electrical signal acquisition system is the main component of the welding equipment,and the collected electrical signals can be used for the welding process and the analysis of the welding effect. According to the principle of wavelet packet denoising,this paper designs the electrical signal acquisition circuit,selects the appropriate acquisition card module,builds the welding electrical signal acquisition system device and uses this system to carry out the aluminum alloy double pulse MIG welding test. Pulse current and corresponding time parameters are collected into several typical electrical signal waveforms such as smooth transition of welding process,fast wire feeding,large droplet transition and arc breaking,and the corresponding appearance of weld appearance. The results show that by performing wavelet filtering and analysis on the collected electrical signals,combined with the quality of the weld,the welding parameters can be obtained by changing the welding current waveform parameters,thus verifying the importance of the collection of welding electrical signal to the welding process.
