伴高血脂的慢性牙周炎患者牙周治疗前后血脂水平变化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨伴高血脂的慢性牙周炎患者牙周治疗前后血脂水平变化情况.方法选择2018年1月~2019年3月在我院口腔科进行牙周基础治疗的80例慢性牙周炎伴高血脂患者为研究对象.对患者进行包括口腔卫生指导、龈上洁治、龈下刮治和根面平整等治疗,比较治疗前后PD、AL、PLI、BI值;比较治疗前后TC、TG、HDL、LDL值.结果经过牙周基础治疗12周后,PD、AL、PLI、BI值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05).经过牙周基础治疗12周后,TC、TG、HDL均明显低于治疗前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),而LDL未发现明显改变(P>0.05).结论伴高血脂的慢性牙周炎患者,经过牙周治疗后,其相关的血脂水平有明显改变,临床可根据血脂水平变化辅助临床治疗效果的判断.Objective To investigate the changes of blood lipid levels before and after periodontal treatment in the patients with chronic periodontitis complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 80 patients with chronic periodontitis complicated with hyperlipidemia who were given periodontal treatment in the department of stomatology in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects. Treatments received by patients were oral hygiene guidance, supragingival scaling, subgingival scaling, and root planing. PD, AL, PLI, and BI values were compared before and after treatment;TC, TG, HDL and LDL values were compared before and after treatment. Results After 12 weeks of basic periodontal treatment, the values of PD, AL, PLI and BI were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). After 12 weeks of basic periodontal treatment, TC, TG and HDL values were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the differences were significant(P<0.05). No significant changes were found in LDL(P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic periodontitis complicated with hyperlipidemia have significant changes in blood lipid levels after periodontal treatment. Clinically, the change of blood lipid level can be used to assist the judgement of clinical therapeutic effect.
