摘　　要：目的探讨气压泵治疗对血栓高危恶性肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体水平的影响.方法选取2016年12月~2017年12月期间,存在恶性肿瘤合并D-二聚体升高、Caprini模型VTE风险度评分≥3分的患者165例,按入院时间交替分为实验组与对照组.两组患者按计划进行放化疗.对照组予以低分子肝素钙皮下注射抗凝预防,实验组予气压泵联合低分子肝素钙治疗.观察两组患者治疗前及治疗7d后、10 d后血浆D-二聚体含量.结果 10 d后实验组患者血浆D-二聚体值明显低于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者的D-二聚体值均随治疗时间的增加而下降,实验组治疗效果优于对照组.结论气压泵能降低血栓高危恶性肿瘤患者血浆D-二聚体水平,安全有效.Objective To investigate the effect of pneumatic pump on plasma D-dimer levels in malignant tumors patients with high risk of thrombus. Methods 165 patients with malignant tumors combined with elevated D-dimer and Caprini model with VTE risk score ≥3 from December 2016 to December 2017 were enrolled. The patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the admission time. Both groups of patients underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy as planned. The control group received low-molecular-weight heparin calcium subcutaneous injection for anticoagulation prevention, and the experimental group was treated with pneumatic pump combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium. Plasma D-dimer content in two groups before treatment and at 7 days and 10 days after treatment was observed. Results After 10 days, the plasma D-dimer value of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The D-dimer values of the two groups decreased with the increase of treatment time, and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Pneumatic pump can reduce the level of plasma D-dimer in malignant tumor patients with high risk of thrombus, and it is safe and effective.
