人工晶状体对于青光眼白内障患者白内障术后睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价蓝光滤过型人工晶状体对于青光眼白内障患者白内障术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年10月至2018年10月山东省德州市陵城区人民医院眼科收治的双眼白内障手术患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(单纯白内障组)和观察组(青光眼合并白内障组),每组41例。比较2组患者白内障术后睡眠质量。结果:2组患者术后睡眠质量均有所改善,且对照组改善情况优于观察组(P <0. 05)。结论:蓝光滤过型人工晶状体对于青光眼白内障患者白内障术后睡眠质量有明显改善。Objective: To analyze the effect of blue-light filtering intraocular lens on sleep quality after cataract surgery in glaucoma and cataract patients. Methods: A total of 80 patients who underwent cataract surgery in from October 2017 to October 2018 were divided into group A(simple cataract group)with 40 cases and group B(glaucoma combined with cataract group)with 40 cases and 80 eyes.The sleep quality after cataract surgery was compared between the two groups. Results: Sleep quality of the two groups was improved,and the improvement of group A was better than that of group B( P <0.05). Conclusion: Blu-ray filtering intraocular lens has no negative effect on the sleep quality of patients with glaucoma and cataract after cataract surgery.
